Organizational Learning Workshops

My Organizational Learning Workshops are designed for teams that want professional development to feel meaningful, relevant, and connected to real work. Drawing on adult learning principles and the SELF Framework, I create interactive sessions where staff and leaders think together about their practice, context, and strengths.

Each workshop begins with your goals: perhaps you want to strengthen cross-department collaboration, deepen reflective practice, or align staff learning with a new initiative. I design the session around real scenarios, artifacts, and decisions from your environment so participants can immediately see the connection between the workshop and their daily responsibilities. During the session, I use a mix of short inputs, small-group conversations, and practical activities that invite multiple perspectives. Participants might map how their roles connect across the organization, analyze a case from their own work through a strengths-based lens, or design small experiments to test after the workshop. I intentionally create space for reflection, questions, and peer feedback, so learning is shared rather than delivered at people.

You receive summary notes, key tools, and suggested follow-up activities you can continue using on your own or with my support. Many organizations choose to schedule a series of workshops, building a learning arc over several months, or to pair workshops with leadership labs or coaching to deepen impact.

My aim is to help your organization move from isolated training days to an ongoing culture of learning, where staff feel respected as professionals, ideas flow more freely, and changes in practice are grounded in shared understanding rather than compliance alone.
